How long until I hear back about an application?
Within 48 hours, business days. Every application is read by a person — even if it’s a no, you’ll get a reason.
Do I need to apply through ONE Talent Group, or can I go direct?
You can do either. If you move through us, we represent you privately and advocate on your behalf with the hiring principal.
Do you charge operators?
Never. Our fees are paid by the principal who briefed the mandate.
